What is the MOQ for this model?
MOQ is quoted per model and configuration. Send your target quantity to [email protected] and we confirm the exact MOQ together with the quotation, usually within one working day.

What is the lead time?
Sample orders are usually dispatched within a few working days. Bulk lead time depends on quantity and configuration and is confirmed in the quotation.

Which certificates do you provide?
CE, RoHS, SASO, ETL, DLC and SAA as standard. LM-79 photometric reports are available for most high-wattage models, and LM-80 data for the LEDs used.

Can you supply the voltage version my project requires?
Voltage is confirmed per model and per project. Tell us the supply voltage you are working to (120-277V, 277-480V, 347V or 220-240V) and we confirm which version applies, and whether a different driver is required for that voltage.

Do you provide IES photometric files and a lighting layout?
IES files and LM-79 reports are available on request for most models. Send the drawing or site plan, ceiling or pole height, mounting details and the target lux or foot-candle level, and we return a fixture count with a DIALux, Relux or AGi32 layout together with the quotation.

Is this fixture DLC listed for utility rebate eligibility?
DLC listing applies to specific model numbers rather than to a whole range. Tell us the project state or the utility rebate programme and we confirm which listed model number applies before you order.

What mounting options are available for this model?
Mounting depends on the model: bracket or yoke, chain or pendant, slip fitter, trunnion, surface or recessed mounting. The specification table above lists the standard option; ask us for the mounting drawing of the exact model if it has to match existing poles, junction boxes or ceiling grids.
